How long will delivery take?

We pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our warehouse. Delivery is normally within 3-7 business days from the order date. We aim to dispatch your order within one day of your order being placed, however please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays in the carrier or if our warehouse has an unusually high volume of orders.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Just double check to make sure it didn't land in your Junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by accident.

Help! I have not received my package.

If you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery time, please drop us an email and we will investigate the matter immediately. We guarantee a 100% Full Refund if you do not receive your order. For more information on Refund Policy, click here.

What if I am unsatisfied with my order?

We offer 100% refund back guarantee if you find any defects or any other issues (send us a picture). Your satisfaction is our priority and rest assure we will treat every case personally. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

I would like to return my purchase!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Typically, it takes about 7-21 Business Days for us to receive your package, inspect the item, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method you selected for the purchase (i.e. Credit/Debit Card or PayPal)

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse please call us immediately. However, we can't guarantee that we'll have enough time to cancel your order, as our packing/shipping department prides itself on getting products heading our customers' way quickly. I didn't receive an order confirmation.

If you submitted an order with us, but didn't receive an order confirmation, it's possible that your email address was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us to see if we have received an order in your name. We're happy to change the email address for you and send you the order confirmation. In other cases, the order may not have gone through, so just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
